INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup zucchini
- 2 Apples
- 3/4 avocado
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp. Spirulina
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash and chop the zucchini, apples, avocado, and celery into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the blender, discarding any seeds.
- Add the chopped zucchini, apples, avocado, and celery to the blender.
- Sprinkle the Spirulina over the other ingredients in the blender.
- Add the crushed ice to the blender to help create a smooth and chilled texture.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well-combined. If needed, add a splash of water or more ice to reach your desired consistency.
