INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice Multigrain bread
  • ½ Avocado, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Dried red pepper flakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast the slice of multigrain bread.
  2. Top the toasted bread with sliced avocado.
  3. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of the avocado.
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Sprinkle some dried red pepper flakes on top.
  6. Enjoy your delicious and healthy mid-morning snack that will give you energy and keep your cravings in check!
