I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • Ice
  • Club soda

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the vodka and cranberry juice to the shaker.
  3. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
  4. Place fresh ice in a highball glass.
  5. Strain the shaken mixture from the shaker into the highball glass.
  6. Top off the glass with club soda for a sparkling finish.
  7. Give it a gentle stir to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
  8. Serve and enjoy your Cranberry Vodka Spritzer!

 

Here are a few variations of the Cranberry Mule Spritzer recipe:

1. Cran-Apple Mule Spritzer:

  • Substitute half of the cranberry juice with apple juice or apple cider.
  • Garnish with thin apple slices and fresh cranberries.

2. Sparkling Cranberry Mule:

  • Use sparkling cranberry juice instead of regular cranberry juice.
  • Add a splash of lime-flavored sparkling water for extra fizziness.

3. Raspberry Cranberry Mule:

  • Mix in a handful of fresh raspberries along with the cranberry juice.
  • Garnish with raspberries and a twist of lime.

4. Ginger-Cranberry Mule:

  • Use ginger-flavored vodka for an extra kick of ginger flavor.
  • Add a small piece of candied ginger as a garnish.

5. Cranberry-Orange Mule Spritzer:

  • Replace the lime juice with freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • Garnish with orange slices and a sprig of mint.

6. Cranberry-Pomegranate Mule:

  • Mix equal parts of cranberry juice and pomegranate juice.
  • Garnish with pomegranate arils and a twist of lemon.

7. Spiced Cranberry Mule:

  • Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg to the cocktail shaker.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange peel twist.

8. Tropical Cranberry Mule:

  • Use coconut-flavored rum instead of vodka.
  • Add a splash of pineapple juice along with the cranberry juice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.

9. Cranberry-Mint Mule:

  • Muddle a few fresh mint leaves along with the cranberry juice.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.

10. Frozen Cranberry Mule Slushie:

  • Blend the vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice with ice until smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and top with ginger beer.

11. Cranberry-Blueberry Mule:

  • Add a handful of fresh blueberries along with the cranberry juice.
  • Garnish with blueberries and a lemon twist.

12. Cranberry-Rosemary Mule:

  • Infuse the vodka with a sprig of fresh rosemary before mixing.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a cranberry skewer.

13. Cranberry-Grapefruit Mule:

  • Replace the lime juice with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of thyme.

14. Cranberry-Lavender Mule:

  • Mix in a drop of lavender extract or a dash of lavender syrup.
  • Garnish with a lavender sprig and a lemon twist.

15. Cranberry-Cucumber Mule:

  • Add a few thin cucumber slices to the cocktail shaker.
  • Garnish with cucumber ribbons and a mint sprig.

16. Cranberry-Raspberry Mule:

  • Combine cranberry juice with raspberry liqueur for a double berry flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wheel.

17. Cranberry-Basil Mule:

  • Muddle a few fresh basil leaves along with the cranberry juice.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and a blackberry.

18. Cranberry-Coconut Mule:

  • Use coconut water instead of regular water in the cocktail shaker.
  • Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a pineapple wedge.
