INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp pure lemon extract
- 3/4 cup granular Stevia
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a deep bowl. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer for several minutes, until soft and well combined.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop the cream cheese mixture and place it onto a wax paper-lined sheet.
- Freeze the cream cheese balls until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and serve the cream cheese balls frozen.
