  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tablespoon dried oregano)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley leaves, chopped, for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS
