Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

  11. Remove the skillet from the oven and place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
