INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/8 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the Air fryer to 360°F (180°C) and grease a pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Place the sliced onions in the greased pan and cook for about 10 minutes in the Air fryer until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
  4. Once the onions are cooked, pour the whisked egg mixture evenly over the onion slices.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the egg and onion mixture, distributing it evenly.
  6. Continue cooking the mixture in the Air fryer for about 5 more minutes, until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Carefully remove the pan from the Air fryer and allow the frittata to cool slightly before serving.
  8. Slice the frittata into portions and serve it warm.
