Cheesy Hazelnut Morsels

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free Hazelnut syrup
  • Natural sweetener of your choice, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and hazelnut butter. Add in all other ingredients (except the ground hazelnuts).
  2. Use a wooden spoon to blend the cream cheese, cocoa powder, butter, syrup, and sweetener until well combined.
  3. Place the ground hazelnuts in a separate bowl. Roll the cream cheese mixture into 16 balls, then dip each ball into the ground hazelnuts.
  4. Refrigerate the hazelnut truffles for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
