INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar-free Hazelnut syrup
- Natural sweetener of your choice, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and hazelnut butter. Add in all other ingredients (except the ground hazelnuts).
- Use a wooden spoon to blend the cream cheese, cocoa powder, butter, syrup, and sweetener until well combined.
- Place the ground hazelnuts in a separate bowl. Roll the cream cheese mixture into 16 balls, then dip each ball into the ground hazelnuts.
- Refrigerate the hazelnut truffles for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
