Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

Catfish Spread is a creamy and flavorful dip that showcases the delicate taste of catfish combined with tangy seasonings and a hint of spice. This beloved Southern delicacy is perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a delectable appetizer.
