INGREDIENTS
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound chicken tenders
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- split sandwich buns, warm or toasted or hot cooked rice
PREPARATION
- Combine chicken tenders, ketchup, liquid smoke, soy sauce, margarine, brown sugar, mustard, bell pepper and onion in the slow cooker or crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- Serve chicken tenders on sandwich buns or serve with hot cooked rice.
- Serves 6.
