Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2-3 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 ¼ cups milk
Instructions:
- Take a bowl and whisk all-purpose flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and combine well.
- Take a separate bowl and add whisk together egg and milk.
- Now add the wet mixture into dry one and constantly whisk so that you do not end with lumps.
- Keep whisking and add in melted butter./li>
- Heat oiled pan over medium-high heat. Start pouring pancake batter on pan. Scoop ¼ cup batter for each pancake so you get equally sized perfect pancakes. Cook until you see bubbles after 2-3 minutes and then flip and cook until
brown. - Repeat the process for each pancake.

- Place bacon slices on baking sheet with aluminum foil lining and bake in oven at 450F for 20 minutes and it is ready.

Instructions:
- Add grated potatoes in a bowl and mix with salt or more like toss them.
- Squeeze the potatoes then run water through them and drain. Place on dish towel and wring out excess water.
- Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add oil in it enough to cover its bottom. Add the potatoes and press and spread across the skillet. After 3-4 minutes flip and cook the other side.
