Lemony Cream Cheese Bombshells

TOTAL TIME: 2 hours

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp pure lemon extract
  • 3/4 cup granular Stevia

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer for several minutes, until soft and well combined.
  2. Using a teaspoon, scoop the cream cheese mixture and place it onto a wax paper-lined sheet.
  3. Freeze the cream cheese balls until firm, at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove from the freezer and serve the cream cheese balls frozen.
