About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 22 minutes

Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cooked sausages, sliced
  • 1 bread slice, cut into sticks
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT THE AIR FRYER: Preheat your Air Fryer to 365°F (185°C) and lightly grease two ramekins.
  2. WHISK EGGS AND CREAM: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until well combined.
  3. ADD BREAD AND SAUSAGE: Stir the sliced sausages and bread sticks into the egg mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. TOP WITH CHEESE: Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the mixture in the bowl, distributing it evenly.
  5. TRANSFER TO RAMEKINS: Divide the egg mixture evenly between the greased ramekins, ensuring an even distribution of ingredients.
  6. COOK IN AIR FRYER: Place the ramekins in the Air Fryer basket and cook for approximately 22 minutes. Keep an eye on them to ensure they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  7. SERVE WARM: Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekins from the Air Fryer using oven mitts or tongs. The frittatas should be puffy and golden on top. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
