ALFREDO PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 lb Fettucini (450g), cooked
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Bring whipping cream and butter to a simmer in a saucepan.
  2. Pour the simmered cream and butter mixture into a large bowl.
  3. Toss the cooked fettucini in the creamy sauce.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and cayenne pepper to the pasta.
  5. Mix well until the pasta is evenly coated with the Alfredo sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

 

FRESH TOMATO PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Basil, dried
  • Pinch of Oregano, dried
  • 1 lb Spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, olive oil, dried basil, and oregano.
  2. Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl.
  3. Toss the pasta with the tomato mixture until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper over the pasta.
  5. Toss again to distribute the cheese and pepper evenly.
  6. Serve the fresh tomato pasta and enjoy the delightful flavors!

 

ITALIAN SAUSAGE PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Italian sausages
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 28 oz Canned Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 1 lb Pasta, cooked

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the Italian sausages into bite-size pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the sausages in it.
  3. Add the canned tomatoes and dried basil to the skillet.
  4. Break the tomatoes into smaller pieces with a spoon while cooking.
  5. Simmer the sauce uncovered until it thickens.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sausage and tomato sauce.
  7. Ensure the pasta is well coated with the flavorful sauce.
  8. Serve the Italian sausage pasta and savor the deliciousness!

 

BACON N’ TOMATO PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sliced Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Green onions, whole and chopped
  • Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp Basil, dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Pasta, cooked

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the bacon slices into 1-inch pieces and cook them until crisp.
  2. Add the olive oil, chopped tomatoes, whole and chopped green onions, crushed garlic, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the cooked bacon.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta in the bacon and tomato sauce.
  4. Make sure the pasta is well coated with the flavorful sauce.
  5. Serve the bacon n’ tomato pasta and enjoy the combination of rich flavors!

 

SOUR CREAM PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 7 1/2 oz Tuna or salmon, drained
  • Sliced Green onions
  • 4 cups Noodles, cooked

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Over low heat, combine the sour cream, drained tuna or salmon, and sliced green onions in a saucepan.
  2. Toss the cooked noodles with the creamy sauce mixture until well combined.
  3. Ensure the noodles are coated with the sour cream and tuna or salmon sauce.
  4. Serve the delicious sour cream pasta and relish the delightful taste!
