INGREDIENTS
- 20 chicken wing drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Arrange the chicken wing drumsticks in a baking pan so that they are not touching.
- Combine the olive oil and crushed garlic in a bowl and spoon the mixture over the chicken drumsticks, making sure each piece gets a little of the crushed garlic.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over the chicken drumsticks, and then sprinkle enough paprika to make them reddish all over.
- Roast the chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, turn them over and sprinkle the other side with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Roast the chicken drumsticks for another 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning every 15 to 20 minutes until they are fully cooked and crispy.
