Double the recipe! A standard muffin tin has twelve cups, perfect for making a big batch of these. When it’s time for dessert, just pull out the prepared pan and prepare for happy squeals.
SERVES 6
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
- 1 recipe Homemade Chocolate Magic Shell
- 6 sugar cones, store-bought or homemade
- 4 cups Simple Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
- 6 caramel candies, unwrapped
PREPARATION
- Place 6 parchment squares or nonstick cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts onto each liner.
- Spoon a small bit of magic shell into each sugar cone.
- Add an equal amount of ice cream to each cone.
- Push one caramel square into the center of the ice cream in each cone.
- Pour the desired amount of magic shell over the nuts in the muffin tin.
- Quickly turn the filled cones upside down into the tins.
- Freeze the entire pan for 1-2 hours.
- If not consuming within 24 hours, cover the entire cone in plastic wrap after 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
