COOKING TIMES
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh lime zest from 2 organic limes
  • 1 cup extra virgin coconut oil, softened
  • 3/4 cup coconut butter, softened
  • 20 drops Erythritol extract (or some other natural sweetener of your choice)
  • Pinch of salt

 

PREPARATION

  1. Soften the coconut butter and coconut oil at room temperature.
  2. Zest the organic limes.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and stir well. Make sure that the lime zest and Erythritol extract are evenly distributed.
  4. Prepare 16 mini muffin cups.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  6. Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and serve. Keep refrigerated.
