Yield: 2 servings, each with 2 grams of carbohydrates and 0.5 gram of fiber, for a total of 1.5 grams of usable carbs and 3.5 grams of protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and salsa.
- Blend well until smooth.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping snacks.
