INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and chopped
  • 1 jar (6½ ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
  • 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Assorted crackers or tortilla chips

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine the artichokes, chilies, cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve the Chili Artichoke Dip warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
