INGREDIENTS:
- 3 to 4 pounds Chicken parts or boneless breasts
- 2 fresh tomatoes, quartered, or use canned diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix (about 1 1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
PREPARATION:
- Place chicken in bottom of Crock Pot.
- Top with tomatoes and mushrooms.
- Combine dry spaghetti sauce mix with wine and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender (boneless chicken breasts will be tough if cooked too long).
