INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 thin slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
PREPARATION
- Pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap until thinned and even in thickness.
- Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on each chicken breast half.
- Roll up and place into bottom of slow cooker/Crock Pot.
- Combine golden mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup of dry white wine. Mix well and pour over chicken in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
