INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 liter tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 pounds cabbage or sauerkraut leaves

- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups beef broth
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 350F.
- Brown the ground beef in coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, uncooked brown rice, and salt. Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
- Take the cabbage or sauerkraut leaves and use them to wrap the meat mixture, creating rolls. Place the rolls in a casserole dish.
- Pour the beef broth and tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls in the casserole dish.
- Cover the casserole dish with a lid or foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
