INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon curry powder
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the Italian salad dressing, sugar, salt, garlic powder, curry powder, paprika, and pepper.
- Add the cod fillets to the bag, seal it, and turn to coat the fish. Refrigerate for 10-30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the broiler and prepare a broiler pan by coating it with cooking spray.
- Drain and discard the marinade from the cod fillets. Place the fillets on the prepared broiler pan.
- Broil the cod fillets 3-4 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
