INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the Air fryer to 330°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the sliced bananas to the dry mixture and gently mash them using a fork or potato masher.
- Pour in the milk and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients until well combined to form a dough.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Place the loaf pan in the Air fryer basket and cook for about 20 minutes. The bread should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Once done, carefully remove the loaf pan from the Air fryer using oven mitts or tongs.
- Let the banana bread cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.
- Cut the bread into desired size slices and serve warm.
