- Spinach and Feta Meatballs: Mix in 1/2 cup of cooked and chopped spinach and 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese to the meatball mixture for a flavorful combination.
- Pesto Meatballs: Mix 1 tablespoon of prepared pesto sauce into the meatball mixture for a burst of herby and nutty flavors.
- Sweet and Sour Meatballs: Prepare a sauce using 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Pour the sauce over the baked meatballs for a delicious sweet and sour variation.
