Antipasto Sub

About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

Antipasto Sub is a delicious and satisfying sandwich that is inspired by the flavors of an Italian antipasto platter. Packed with layers of savory ingredients, this sub is a perfect choice for picnics, parties, or any casual gathering. The combination of Italian bread, cured meats, cheese, marinated vegetables, and a zesty dressing creates a flavor explosion that will delight your taste buds.
