INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen crosscut green beans, thawed
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, slightly crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, slightly crushed
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add the green beans, celery, onion, and garlic to the skillet, and saute until the beans are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the dried rosemary and basil, and saute for another minute or so.
- Salt the green beans to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
