INGREDIENTS
- 1 to 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 eggs, beaten
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat, and saute the onion and mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
- Add the eggs.
