About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 to 4 pounds Chicken parts or boneless breasts

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

PREPARATION:

  1. Place chicken in bottom of Crock Pot.
  2. Top with tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Combine dry spaghetti sauce mix with wine and pour over chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender (boneless chicken breasts will be tough if cooked too long).
