INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the Air fryer to 340°F (170°C) and lightly grease 2 ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, shredded Gouda cheese, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Combine the egg mixture with the cheese and vegetable mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Divide the mixture equally between the prepared ramekins.
  6. Place the ramekins in the Air fryer basket.
  7. Cook the frittatas in the Air fryer at 340°F (170°C) for about 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the centers are set.
  8. Carefully remove the ramekins from the Air fryer using oven mitts or tongs.
  9. Allow the frittatas to cool slightly before serving.
  10. Dish out the frittatas onto plates and serve as a delicious breakfast or brunch option.
