- 1 cup Kale

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the kale thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Chop the kale into smaller pieces.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Peel and chop the cucumber into chunks.
- Rinse the celery stalk and cut it into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped kale, avocado, cucumber, and celery.
