Sweet Peas With Tomato And Onion

About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

Sweet peas have such a brief season that I rely on frozen most of the year. This recipe makes the most of them by adding sautéed onion and tomato. If you have some fresh basil, sprinkle it in at the end of the cooking.

Sweet Peas with Tomato and Onion is a delightful and vibrant dish that combines the sweetness of peas with the tanginess of tomatoes and the aromatic flavors of onion. This recipe creates a simple yet flavorful side dish that can be enjoyed with a variety of main courses. With its colorful presentation and delicious taste, Sweet Peas with Tomato and Onion is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
