Sugar-Free Dreamy Orange Cream Ice Cream

If you love Creamsicles, you will love this sugar-free version. It’s citrusy,creamy and oh-so-good.

YIELD: 1 QUART

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small packages sugar-free orange gelatin powder
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup cream
  • ¼ cup Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar-free orange gelatin powder and boiling water until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the crushed ice to cool the mixture.
  3. Add in the cream, Splenda, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
  5. Once the ice cream is frozen, serve and enjoy!
