If you love Creamsicles, you will love this sugar-free version. It’s citrusy,creamy and oh-so-good.
YIELD: 1 QUART
INGREDIENTS
- 2 small packages sugar-free orange gelatin powder
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup cream
- ¼ cup Splenda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar-free orange gelatin powder and boiling water until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed ice to cool the mixture.
- Add in the cream, Splenda, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, serve and enjoy!
