Stuffed Apples

About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 apples
  • Superfoods No Bake Balls mix

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to the recommended temperature (usually around 350°F or 175°C).

  3. Prepare the Superfoods No Bake Balls mix according to its recipe.
  4. Fill each cored apple with the prepared No Bake Balls mix. Press the mixture gently to ensure it’s tightly packed inside the apple.

  6. Put the baking dish or tray with the stuffed apples into the preheated oven.
  7. Bake the apples for 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and the No Bake Balls mix is heated through.
  8. Remove the baked apples from the oven carefully, as they will be hot.
  9. Allow the apples to cool slightly before serving.
