INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups Oat Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 30 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 4 leaves Romaine (lettuce washed, torn)
  • 1 teaspoon Tahini

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place oat milk, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, hemp seeds, romaine lettuce, and tahini in your blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

 

NOTES:

  • No Oat Milk: If you don’t have oat milk, feel free to use any other dairy-free milk alternative like almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
  • Customizations: You can customize the smoothie to your liking by adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness or adjusting the amount of tahini to suit your taste preferences.
