Yield: 4 servings, each with 4 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 3 grams of protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat up the cooked spaghetti squash in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the butter, heavy cream, and crushed garlic to the pan and stir until the butter is melted.
- Add the grated or shredded Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Serve hot.
