- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil

- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp. raw honey
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, combine the sunflower seed butter, almond butter, raw honey, and melted coconut oil.
- Mix the ingredients well until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Assemble the Cups:
- Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone muffin cups.
- Place a spoonful of the “Peanut” butter filling mixture into each muffin cup, spreading it out to form the bottom layer.
- Refrigerate the muffin tin to set the bottom layer.
- Prepare the Superfoods Chocolate:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cacao powder, raw honey, and melted coconut oil.
- Mix until you have a smooth and glossy chocolate mixture.
- Add the Chocolate Layer:
- Remove the muffin tin from the refrigerator.
- Spoon a layer of the Superfoods chocolate mixture over the “peanut” butter filling in each muffin cup. Spread it evenly to cover the filling.
- Freeze and Enjoy:
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer to allow the chocolate layer to set. This will take about 30 minutes to an hour.
