INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT AND GREASE:
    • Preheat the Air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
    • Grease an Air fryer pan with butter.
  2. PREPARE EGG MIXTURE:
    • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. TRANSFER TO PAN:
    • Transfer the egg mixture into the prepared greased pan.
  4. COOK INITIAL 6 MINUTES:
    • Place the pan with the egg mixture into the preheated Air fryer.
    • Cook for about 6 minutes, allowing the eggs to start setting.
  5. ADD TOMATOES AND CHEESE:
    • After 6 minutes, open the Air fryer and stir in the halved grape tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. CONTINUE COOKING:
    • Close the Air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
    • The tomatoes should become slightly softened, and the cheese should melt and become golden.
  7. SERVE WARM:
    • Carefully remove the pan from the Air fryer.
    • Serve the frittata warm, either directly from the pan or by transferring it to a serving plate.

    • Dice cooked ham and stir it into the egg mixture.
    • Use shredded cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan and mix it into the eggs.
    • Continue with the cooking process as directed.
  4. Mediterranean Frittata:
    • Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives, and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture.
    • Optionally, include some chopped fresh basil or oregano for extra flavor.
    • Cook the frittata according to the original instructions.
  5. Bacon and Onion Frittata:
    • Cook and crumble bacon pieces. Mix them into the egg mixture.
    • Sauté sliced onions until caramelized and mix them into the eggs.
    • Proceed with cooking in the Air fryer.
  6. Vegan Frittata:
    • Use plant-based milk (like almond or soy milk) and substitute the eggs with a tofu scramble.
    • Add your favorite vegetables, such as bell peppers, spinach, and onions, to the tofu mixture.
    • Proceed with the cooking process as directed.
  7. Mexican-Inspired Frittata:
    • Add some diced bell peppers, black beans, and corn to the egg mixture.
    • Mix in shredded Mexican cheese blend and a pinch of chili powder for flavor.
    • Follow the cooking instructions as given.
  8. Greek Frittata:
    • Mix in chopped Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and diced red onions to the egg mixture.
    • Add a sprinkle of dried oregano or a touch of fresh dill for a Mediterranean flavor.
    • Cook as per the original instructions.
