INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/3 cup Stevia or natural sweetener of your choice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, flax, and cacao powder. Stir in melted coconut oil, water, sweetener, and vanilla. Once well mixed, stir in the chopped macadamia nuts.
- Form the mixture into balls and press flat with your palms. Place the flattened balls onto dehydrator screens.
- Dehydrate for 1 hour at 145F, then reduce the temperature to 116F and continue to dehydrate for at least 5 more hours, or until the desired dryness is achieved.
