Macadamia Cacao Fat Bombs

TOTAL TIME: 6 hours

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Stevia or natural sweetener of your choice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, flax, and cacao powder. Stir in melted coconut oil, water, sweetener, and vanilla. Once well mixed, stir in the chopped macadamia nuts.
  2. Form the mixture into balls and press flat with your palms. Place the flattened balls onto dehydrator screens.
  3. Dehydrate for 1 hour at 145F, then reduce the temperature to 116F and continue to dehydrate for at least 5 more hours, or until the desired dryness is achieved.
