MINCED MEAT SKEWERS
We make sure to use as high a temperature as possible when grilling meat to give it a nice, grilled surface so that it retains its natural juices inside. Meze dishes are usually followed by skewers with various kinds of
grilled meats, such as kofta — ground meat. This is usually served with pita pizza.

INGREDIENTS
- 18 Ounces (500 G) Lamb Or Beef
- About 4 Cups (1 L) Chopped
- Parsley
- 2 Onions, Finely Chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ground beef, parsley, onions, salt, and pepper. Chop or mix everything one more time and mix again.
- Shape the minced mixture into an oblong roll and pinch it around the skewer. Grill over high heat until the meat is cooked through.
- Alternate placing pieces of lamb and chicken on the skewer.
- Serve with pita pizza.
