INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa butter
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 Tbs Stevia sweetener
- Crushed walnuts (optional extra)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, melt cocoa butter at room temperature.
- Add in cocoa powder, Stevia powder and mix well until all ingredients are well blended.
- Add in chopped hazelnuts and stir well.
- Finally, add whipping cream and mix well.
- Pour the hazelnut mixture in squared molds (ice trays work just fine) and let cool.
- Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours.
- Dress with crushed walnuts if desired and serve.
