INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter
  • 2 Tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbs Stevia sweetener
  • Crushed walnuts (optional extra)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, melt cocoa butter at room temperature.
  2. Add in cocoa powder, Stevia powder and mix well until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Add in chopped hazelnuts and stir well.
  4. Finally, add whipping cream and mix well.
  5. Pour the hazelnut mixture in squared molds (ice trays work just fine) and let cool.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours.
  7. Dress with crushed walnuts if desired and serve.
