INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Stevia powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 340F degrees.
  2. In a bowl, whisk butter and sweetener. Add the eggs, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  4. Combine the eggs mixture to the flour mixture. Pour dough in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle dough with chopped almond over top.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool and cut into chunks. Serve
