INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Stevia powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 340F degrees.
- In a bowl, whisk butter and sweetener. Add the eggs, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder and salt.
- Combine the eggs mixture to the flour mixture. Pour dough in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle dough with chopped almond over top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool and cut into chunks. Serve
