INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 1 large Salad White Tuna
  • 1/2 lb Medium Shell Macaroni
  • 10 oz Frozen Chopped Broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cup Carrots, sliced and cooked
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Basil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook the medium shell macaroni according to the package directions. Drain the cooked pasta.
  2. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli according to the package directions. Thaw it if needed.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, ginger, and basil. Mix the dressing until well combined.
  4. In a separate large bowl, toss the hot cooked macaroni with the white tuna, thawed broccoli, and cooked sliced carrots.
  5. Pour the prepared dressing over the macaroni mixture. Toss everything together until the dressing coats the ingredients evenly.
  6. Serve the Tuna Macaroni Salad warm and enjoy!
