Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

About

Brenda Gantt

I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

This lusciously rich sauce is my first choice for Beet and Ricotta Gnocchi, but it is also good on just about any type of fresh pasta.

Gorgonzola Cream Sauce is a rich and velvety sauce that adds a burst of flavor to any dish. Made with creamy Gorgonzola dolce cheese, this sauce has a tangy and slightly sweet taste that perfectly complements pasta, gnocchi, vegetables, and more. The combination of heavy cream, milk, and melted Gorgonzola creates a smooth and luxurious texture, while a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg adds a subtle warmth. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, this sauce is a delicious addition to elevate your favorite recipes. Whether you’re looking to enhance a simple weeknight dinner or impress guests with a gourmet meal, Gorgonzola Cream Sauce is sure to delight your taste buds with its indulgent flavors.
