- 3 to 4 tablespoons 2% milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs and sugar. Stir in the melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom and 1½ inches up the sides of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Place the pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Cool the crust on a wire rack.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and allow it to cool. In a small bowl, combine the egg yolks, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract.
