INGREDIENTS

- 4 large onions, sliced thinly
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you like)
- 4 to 6 frozen boneless chicken breasts, no need to thaw
- hot cooked rice
PREPARATION

- Put all ingredients except rice in Crock Pot. Mix well. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW, or until chicken is cooked through and still tender.
- Serve over rice.
