I am a self-taught cook. I started cooking around 18 years old. I stood in the kitchen and watched my mother, who was my biggest inspiration at the time, cook.

INGREDIENTS

    • 4 large onions, sliced thinly
    • 5 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you like)
    • 4 to 6 frozen boneless chicken breasts, no need to thaw
    • hot cooked rice

PREPARATION

    1. Put all ingredients except rice in Crock Pot. Mix well. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW, or until chicken is cooked through and still tender.
    2. Serve over rice.
