Yield: 8 servings, each with 6 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 10 grams of protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the almond flour, salt, cream, eggs, and melted butter until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into 8 muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the muffins turn golden brown.
- Serve the muffins immediately.
