- 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans

- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 lemon, cut into wedges, to serve
- 5 oz. lean pork
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut each green bean in half.
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Sauté over medium heat until they become soft and aromatic.
- Stir in the red pepper flakes and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes start to break down and release their juices.
- Add the halved green beans to the skillet.
- Add the cubed lean pork to the skillet as well.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cover the skillet and let the green beans and pork cook until they become tender.
- Season the dish with salt and ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.
